I love creating and building an enthusiastic energy in the class that allows everyone to have fun whilst pushing their limits!

If I had to say it in three words... High energy, strong and plenty of good laughs.
What’s your go-to ride track?
Electric Love or Dreamin' by Dom Dolla - these songs will ALWAYS get me in the mood for a ride and a boogie!!
What’s a Fun fact or something personal you want people to know about you:
When I am not teaching spin, I am either found on a film set as stunt performer or training for stunts - I am incredibly active and cannot stop moving.
